Refund and Return Policy<\/h2>\n

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please note the following information:<\/p>\n

1. Standard Items<\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

For all standard items<\/strong> that are not custom-made, the statutory 14-day cancellation period<\/strong> applies. Within this period, you can cancel your order without giving any reason. You will usually bear the costs of returning the goods. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will refund your purchase price via the payment method you used.<\/p>\n

2. Custom 3D-Printed Items<\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

Many of our products are personalized or individually 3D-printed<\/strong> according to your specifications. These items are exempt from the right of cancellation<\/strong>, as they are custom-made products (\u00a7 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB).<\/p>\n

3. Damaged or Defective Items<\/h3>\n

<\/p>\n

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described<\/strong>, please contact us within 7 days<\/strong> of receipt. We will provide a solution, such as a replacement or refund.<\/p>\n

4. Returns<\/h3>\n

Wir m\u00f6chten, dass Sie mit Ihren bestellten Produkten rundum zufrieden sind. Bitte beachten Sie daher die folgenden Hinweise:<\/p>\n\n

1. Standardartikel<\/h3>\n\n

F\u00fcr alle Standardartikel<\/strong>, die nicht individuell f\u00fcr Sie angefertigt werden, gilt das gesetzliche Widerrufsrecht von 14 Tagen<\/strong>. Innerhalb dieser Frist k\u00f6nnen Sie den Kaufvertrag ohne Angabe von Gr\u00fcnden widerrufen. Die R\u00fccksendekosten tragen Sie in der Regel selbst. Nach Erhalt und Pr\u00fcfung der R\u00fccksendung erstatten wir Ihnen den Kaufpreis \u00fcber das von Ihnen beim Kauf verwendete Zahlungsmittel.<\/p>\n\n

2. Individuell angefertigte 3D-Drucke<\/h3>\n\n

Viele unserer Produkte werden speziell nach Ihren W\u00fcnschen personalisert oder individuell gefertigt<\/strong>. F\u00fcr diese Artikel besteht kein Widerrufsrecht<\/strong>, da es sich um Sonderanfertigungen handelt (\u00a7 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB).<\/p>\n\n

3. Besch\u00e4digte oder fehlerhafte Ware<\/h3>\n\n

Sollte Ihre Bestellung besch\u00e4digt, fehlerhaft oder nicht wie beschrieben bei Ihnen ankommen, melden Sie sich bitte innerhalb von 7 Tagen<\/strong> nach Erhalt bei uns. Wir k\u00fcmmern uns um eine L\u00f6sung, z.\u202fB. Ersatzlieferung oder R\u00fcckerstattung.<\/p>\n\n
